Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri, the pride of Mughal Empire, is located 40km from Agra district in Uttar Pradesh and is a famous tourist attraction. A small city constructed out of red sandstone, Fatehpur Sikri is a beautiful red city founded by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1571 century. It is basically a protected city built by the king and had been the capital city of Mughal empire for fifteen years.
